RediRad-FM operates on any vehicle with a 12 volt, negative-ground electrical system (basically everything made after 1970) that has a radio/stereo with an FM broadcast band. RediRad-FM consumes a minimum amount of power (operates on less than one-tenth of an amp!) and is internally-fused. Because RediRad-FM is a directly-connected solution, it must be installed. Not a big deal on older cars. Installation time will vary from vehicle to vehicle.
